The Global Transformation Agenda:
A Solution-Based Platform for the Wailing Women Worldwide
And it shall come to pass in the last days, that the mountain of the LORD’s house shall be established in the top of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills; and all nations shall flow unto it. Isaiah 2:2
The LORD’s mandate of the Global Transformation Agenda (GTA) to the Wailing Women Worldwide is one of the vehicles through which the mountain of the LORD’s house shall be established on the top of the mountains.
Wailing Women Worldwide’s vision is to raise a global army of intercessors with an apostolic and prophetic mandate to transform nations for the establishment of God’s kingdom. This transformation of nations will be further realised through the extended mandate given to Wailing Women Worldwide known as the Global Transformation Agenda with a vision to affect the world positively in every sphere of influence in society: Arts, Sports & Culture, Belief System, Economy, Education, Family, Government & Media. GTA, a solution-based platform, is one of the organs through which WWW operates. God is the Solution Provider and we are His conduits. GTA works towards the establishment of God’s kingdom in every sphere of influence in society. This agenda is also meant to train and empower members with godly values and skills.
How can you establish the work of the Global Transformation Agenda?
- Prophetic Word – Read the May 29, 2010 GTA Prophetic Word; this will provide insight into the LORD’s Heart for His agenda. The LORD said “I am committing into your hands global matters. Be not myopic because I am unfolding a global agenda. Mortify the flesh, that you may fit into My global agenda.” (Word from the Father’s Heart, Volume 6, p.152)
- Peruse – Read up on your sphere of influence. What are the trends? What are the solutions needed? Who are the prevailing principalities in your sphere of influence? Also take the time to learn God’s patterns and ways. Learn His principles for everything must work according to His principles.
- Projects – The LORD wants us to make impact! Impact! Impact! Impact! He wants us to affect our communities, cities and nations so that those who do not know Christ, will benefit from our work. There are areas that He has given WWW to impact and He wants us to focus attention on the areas of His felt needs: the blind, the poor, the downtrodden, the aged, the forsaken, and the destitute. We must look into the welfare of all the categories of people that the society has written off. The LORD says that “for these ones I came. How can My work be completed without affecting them?”
ARTS, SPORTS & CULTURE
And now, dear brothers and sisters, one final thing. Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise.” Philippians 4:8
The arena of Arts, Sports & Culture (ASC) has long set a precedent for culture; and where culture goes, society goes. Arts and entertainment have the power to influence and shape not only people’s perspectives but a nation’s worldview.
The broad sphere of Arts, Sports & Culture includes visual and performing arts, dance, music, theatre, filming, sports, architecture, culinary arts, fashion design, writing, sculpture, painting et cetera– all of which have the power and potential to instil wonder, and appreciation for beauty and life itself.
When God created the earth he made everything beautiful. He had a plan and purpose for everything until Satan polluted everything. It is imperative that we go back to the beginning to call the attention of people back to the original intent. We have tried to do it our way and by ourselves but without success.
God called us to make a difference in the ASC sphere by using you and I to rebuild the world system back to the original system. God raised us in our different nations to “build the old waste places and raise up the foundations of many generations. We will be repairers of the breach and restorers of paths to dwell in.” Isaiah 58:12. As we begin to pray and seek the face of the LORD, He will give us effective strategies on how we can take back this sphere of Arts, Sports and Culture for Him.
As a result of disobedience to God, there are incidents of suicide, substance abuse, and self-destroying acts that are destroying humanity and creation as a whole. God wants to use us to rebuild all these things. God wants to restore, he wants joy and happiness back in the lives of people. He wants the world to know that He is a loving Father. It is God’s desire for creation to come back to the original estate.
The kingdom of God suffers violence and the violent ones must take it back by force (Matthew 11:12). As the kingdom of Satan is raging violence so the children of God must stand up for righteousness and contend against the kingdom of darkness and sin. The people that were once in darkness before will see the light and the truth of God. It is the truth that will set the people free (John 8:32)
Many think that they cannot serve in this sphere. Many think that this sphere is not for them. But God is calling us at such a time as this. The business of arts, sports and culture is a serious business and we are needed in the vineyard. As GTA Arts, Sports & Culture sphere, let us make ourselves available to be the rebuilders of waste places.
BELIEF SYSTEM
The Belief System sphere seeks to establish our Christian beliefs, founded in the birth, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, who is coming back for His church. Ultimately, we promote the teaching and practice of the Gospel and the life of our LORD Jesus Christ within our environment and throughout the uttermost part of the world. We believe in the triune God (Holy Trinity), God Almighty the Father, Jesus Christ the Son (our Messiah and soon-coming King) and the Holy Spirit our Helper, who empowers us with the apostolic/prophetic grace to edify His church, bring healing and hope to the hopeless and broken world. Our goal is to train believers not to conform to the world’s standards, but rather be transformed and in turn transform the world to conform to the standards of Christ and God’s kingdom. Matthew 6:10-11; Revelation 11:15; Habakkuk 2:14; Isaiah 61:11
Our main strategy is replicating/modeling the life of Jesu Christ as His disciples and teaching the principles of our faith as He commanded (Matthew 28:18-20). We also research the foundations and characteristics of other religious/cultural beliefs, to be convinced that our belief is the only true way to God the Father. John 14:6
The Belief System sphere organises holistic capacity-building programmes to teach godly values and interpersonal skills to enable us to positively influence and dominate our territories through the following strategies: strategic evangelical outreaches in schools, marketplaces, homeless quarters, prisons, etc. We reach out to many souls with the Gospel of Christ.
We deliver discipleship training to believers and new converts to accelerate Christlike living around the globe. Furthermore, we promote love among the ecclesia, the body of Christ by disabling denominational barriers, thereby offering members the opportunity to develop structured and strategic projects that promote synergy within the body of Christ.
The LORD’s direction is for the body of Christ is to do evangelism and discipleship; Increase your witnessing, that none will have an excuse. There is an urgency to wake up the church. Tear down the denominational walls that have created barriers among believers. Pray the Husbandman to send labourers into the vineyard. There are many uncultivated, unoccupied and abandoned virgin fields, yet My people cluster and are scrambling over one field. (Words from the Father’s Heart, Volume 6, pg.29)
Turn wherever you are into a pulpit. Spread the Gospel. It is only the Gospel that liberates and sets the captives free.
Contaminated messages have no power to deliver: It is only the message of truth that can liberate men from sin. It is time to share the Gospel. I do not want mass production in the church, I want disciples. Disciples have a long lifespan. Only disciples can bring church growth. Only disciples can stand the test of time. Disciples are not miracle seekers. Disciples are proof producers. Go and make disciples of all nations. I do not say “Go and mass produce all nations.” I said, “Go and make disciples of all nations.” Only true disciples can bring transformation and turn the world upside down. Disciples produce their kind. They do not build empires, they build the Kingdom. (Words from the Father’s Heart, Volume 6, pg.34)
ECONOMY
And you shall remember the LORD your God, for it is He who gives you power to get wealth, that He may establish His covenant which He swore to your father’s, as it is this day. Deuteronomy 8:18
The sphere of economy includes manufacturing, agriculture, marketing, banking and finance, stocks and shares, goods and services. In this sphere, we are strategically engaging Joseph’s business mindset through prayers, training, empowerment and project execution. Our goal is to raise kingdom leaders in the marketplace and the economy, who will develop godly principles to influence and occupy this mountain.
God gives us the strategy to occupy this mountain. The LORD says that He wants us to have the heart and mindset of a good businessman.
He may not have money, but he will take a bank loan and use it to build his business. The businessman is optimistic and not fearful. He is not afraid of taking risks. A businessman exercises faith in God who gives the rain and the harvest. He believes in himself and envisages success in the project he is undertaking.
He believes there will be profit, even when he does not know the challenges ahead of him. Even when the situation is bleak, he is not discouraged, he presses on. In his determination and perseverance, he makes gain and stands tall as a tree. The life of a businessman is full of ups and downs.
Although he experiences obstacles, challenges and opposition, he does not allow these to discourage or stop him. He takes risks, he works to overcome challenges; he moves ahead and gains the admiration of all. His faith comes through. If you are chicken-hearted and myopic, you are limited and cannot go far.
Be brave. Be adventurous. Break into new things and receive your breakthrough. Learn of Me. Am I not an excellent businessman? Did I not sow My only Seed? Has that Seed not brought a harvest of multitudes to Me? Did I not give out what I had to get what I needed? It is the same spirit in a farmer. (Words from the Father’s Heart, Volume 6, pg.21)
EDUCATION
The GTA Education team consists of Kingdom-minded, transformation catalysts with vision and determination to penetrate the educational systems and revolutionize them as a mission from God. It will require a multi-sector approach calling all stakeholders: for example, policymakers, parents, educators, to become agents of transformation for the kingdom of God.
We believe that education can only be truly effective and productive with Christ. The heart of education is the education of the heart. Education is the process of receiving or giving systematic instructions, especially at a school or University. Initially, the education system of our societies incorporated biblical values in every aspect of school life, unfortunately, this mountain has been hijacked from its original objectives and taken over by forces opposed to those originally intended to be there. Currently, the Amorites who believe in humanism, atheism, liberalism and rationalism are the rulers of the education sector globally. Humanism is a system of thought that attaches prime importance to humans rather than divine or supernatural power.
Furthermore, education is a critical sphere of influence that can shape the hearts and minds of future generations. It communicates the truth and principles of God or the deception of the enemy. In most countries, the focus of education has shifted from Godly principles, values, and services to the rights and abilities of each man to reason truth for himself.
Our assignment is to establish the influence and culture of heaven on earth by representing the nature, values, and morality of God on earth. We are called to bring forth life, we are called to resuscitate life.
The LORD’s desire is to raise thinkers.
I want to raise thinkers. I am giving them an assignment to think out what they can do. They are few in number. The mind of My people has been robbed. How can I transfer wealth to those who are not heard working; people who cannot think? If you must take over, you must be better than those you are taking over from. Did I not make Daniel and his friends ten times better? Am I not the Author of knowledge? Where did they receive their knowledge from? Does interpretation not belong to Me? What do you need that I do not have? Why is it that you have Me and you are so limited? You are limited because you want to know Me as an “integral part” not as a wholesome God. I am a wholesome God. I have given you everything. Should I spoon-feed you? Why not understudy great men and know what made them great? If ungodly men can be great without knowing Me, think of what godly men who know Me could become. (Words From the Father’s Heart, Volume 6, pg. 11-12)
FAMILY
The Family Sphere was the first sphere instituted by God (Genesis 2:18) and it has great influence on the world systems (Genesis 18:18-19). Satan is greatly interested in this sphere as evidenced in the way he is attacking the family. God’s word to His army is that we should take over (Isaiah 2:2).
Why do we need to take over? We need to take over because the enemy sowed tares in the wheat while men slept (Matthew 13:31) How do we take over?
- Identify in your society, community, family etc an abnormality, that is, an area that is not functioning as it is supposed to. (Matthew 25:34-36);
- Develop “a not-so” spirit (Luke 1:59);
- Prayerfully ask God for what you can do to correct it.
- Take steps to correct it.
GTA is about making impact, therefore the Family Sphere is involved in various projects globally. A project is anything you can do to salvage lives, redeem destinies, transform a people, bring improvement, unseat the devil, et cetera.
2023 has been declared the Year of the Family by God Almighty. God said “I want to repair and restore altars of the nuclear family to become a prototype of God’s pattern. The “Family Altar Campaign”, launched in March 2023, has three phases.
The first phase of the campaign is the Internal Thrust. Everyone involved in the move of Wailing Women Worldwide is encouraged to correct, establish or strengthen their family altar.
The second phase is the External Thrust, where we will reach out to those in our circle of influence.
The third phase is the Sphere Thrust, where we will promote this initiative in our spheres of influence.
In this Year of the Family God gave His aims and objectives to the Family Sphere. The aim: Restructuring, Reshaping and Realigning the Families so that the family can take her rightful place in society. The objectives are to:
- To harvest many families for the Lord;
- To deliver the castrated families;
- To empower the families of the church;
- To rearrange the family values; and;
- To set the pattern for the families to follow.
The Family Sphere has been mandated by God to proclaim the aims above to the world through teachings, seminars, prayers, town hall meetings, visitations, et cetera.
The LORD said, Ask Me to bring back the glory of families. Pray that families will begin to receive their identity and fulfill purpose. Ask Me for the restoration and unity of the family. Ask for healing for dysfunctional homes. There shall be a miraculous healing of wounded homes. Families that have been separated for years will seek to come together again. Pray for the restoration of family inheritance. (Words from the Father’s Heart, Volume 6, pg. 38-39)
GOVERNMENT
The government shall be upon His shoulder…There shall be no end to the increase of His government and of peace…” Isaiah 9:6-7, AMP
Righteousness [moral and spiritual integrity and virtuous character] exalts a nation, but sin is a disgrace to any people. (Proverbs 14:34, AMP). This verse highlights an established standard, it is comprised of two alternatives; there is no middle ground. It is the nation’s responsibility to choose either righteous or ungodly governance and understand that there are consequences attached to any choice. The verse does not suggest a past or future occurrence but rather, an evaluation of our current plight. The righteousness of a nation exalts now. Each nation is either one or the other. You can choose your own way or God’s way but not both.
Scope
The scope of the operation of government includes institutions, the family and the political system.
Role
The role of the government is to 1) direct -how we go; 2) control – establish boundary lines; and 3) regulate – make laws or provide guidelines.
The role of government also includes: coming up with new laws; providing goods and services for its citizens; ensuring proper distribution of income; alleviation of poverty, human rights, ensuring that the populace is responsible, and there is fair play. Another fundamental role of the government is to protect its citizens from the sinful conduct of their neighbours. The Bible indicates that the government is to help preserve order, and people’s ability to live peaceful and quiet lives in a sinful world.
Definition
Government as an institution has three aspects: 1) the Legislative arm – the highest level charged with making laws, policies and regulations; 2) the Executive arm which signs the laws into action and ensures that the laws are implemented; and 3) the Judiciary – their main work is the interpretation of the law as well as sitting in judgment where there is breach of the law.
As WW GTA Government sphere and spiritual legislators, we have a responsibility and accountability to God to help the governments globally to attain righteousness. In order to speak to nations we must first be at a place where God can use us. We must first be transformed by the Word of God. The healing of the nations, and governments is dependent upon us as Christians.
If My people, who are called by My Name, humble themselves, and pray and seek (crave, require as a necessity) My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear [them] from heaven, and forgive their sin and heal their land. II Chronicles 7:14, AMP
Why are the nations in an uproar [in turmoil against God], And why do the people devise a vain and hopeless plot? 2 The kings of the earth take their stand; And the rulers take counsel together against the Lord and His Anointed (the Davidic King, the Messiah, the Christ), saying,
3 “Let us break apart their [divine] bands [of restraint] And cast away their cords [of control] from us.” 4 He who sits [enthroned] in the heavens laughs [at their rebellion]; The [Sovereign] Lord scoffs at them [and in supreme contempt He mocks them]. 5 Then He will speak to them in His [profound] anger and terrify them with His displeasure, saying, 6 “Yet as for Me, I have anointed and firmly installed My King upon Zion, My holy mountain.” 7 “I will declare the decree of the Lord: He said to Me, ‘You are My Son; This day [I proclaim] I have begotten You. 8 ‘Ask of Me, and I will assuredly give [You] the nations as Your inheritance, and the ends of the earth as Your possession.
If we, as the WW GTA Government sphere teams, are going to take back the nations then we must acknowledge that the earth belongs to the LORD (Psalm 24:1) In order to speak into the lives of governments and leaders of nations, we must come before the LORD with clean hands and a pure heart. Who will go to the nations? Let us hear the LORD calling us to go into the nations to make a difference. The LORD is depending on us.
“the LORD is our Judge, the LORD is our Ruler, the LORD is our King; He will save us.” (Isaiah 33:22, AMP)
MEDIA
How beautiful and delightful on the mountains Are the feet of him who brings good news, Who announces peace, Who brings good news of good [things], Who announces salvation, Who says to Zion, “Your God reigns!” Isaiah 52:7
This sphere involves broadcasting, Print Media – books, tracts bulletins, and magazines; Electronic Media – radio, television; Digital Media & Social Media e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LINKEDin etc.
It is the LORD’s desire that we get into media fast! Get slots in the media and do discussion programmes.
